The Corner Man ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based online retailer operating as a sole trader in England.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to place an order through our website.

 

 

3. Products

The Corner Man sells made-to-order products produced through third-party print-on-demand fulfilment partners.

As products are manufactured individually upon receipt of an order:

  • Product colours may vary slightly from images displayed on the website.

  • Product placement, sizing and appearance may vary slightly.

  • We reserve the right to amend product descriptions, images and pricing without notice.

 

 

4. Orders

An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where:

  • Fraud is suspected.

  • Pricing errors have occurred.

  • Products become unavailable.

  • We reasonably believe an order breaches these Terms.

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

 

 

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely through our payment providers.

We do not store full payment card details.

 

 

6. Fulfilment and Production

Products are manufactured after an order is placed.

Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Seasonal demand

  • Supplier capacity

  • Shipping disruptions

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party fulfilment providers or couriers.

 

 

7. Shipping

Although we sell to customers located within the United Kingdom, some products may be manufactured and dispatched from facilities located outside the UK.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

 

 

8. Returns and Refunds

Because products are made specifically to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Preference changes after purchase

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

We will replace or refund products where:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item has been supplied

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and supported by photographs where requested.

 

 

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Product designs

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Images

remain the property of The Corner Man or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

 

 

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality

  • Upload malicious software

  • Violate any intellectual property rights

 

 

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Corner Man shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses

  • Consequential losses

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of business opportunity

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
